Account & Registration
Go to the Register page and fill in your Pakistani mobile number, full name, date of birth, and a secure password. Verify your number with the OTP sent to your phone and your account will be active immediately. The whole process takes under two minutes and is completely free.
No. Each player is permitted one account only. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of the platform rules and can result in all associated accounts being suspended with balances forfeited. If you are locked out of your existing account, use the password recovery option or contact support — do not register a new account.
You must be 18 years of age or older. This is a strict requirement. Your date of birth is collected during registration and AK Report reserves the right to request further age verification at any point. Under-18s are not permitted to register or play.
On the Login page, tap the Forgot Password link. Enter your registered mobile number and an OTP will be sent to your phone. Once verified, you can set a new password and regain access. Make sure the mobile number you registered with is still active — if your number has changed, contact support directly.
Yes. Go to your account settings after logging in and look for the contact details section. Changing a registered mobile number requires OTP verification on both the old and new number for security. If you no longer have access to your old number, contact support and provide your registered full name and other account details to verify your identity.
Deposits & Payments
AK Report supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets available in Pakistan. All deposits are processed in PKR. Select your preferred method from the deposit section of your account dashboard and follow the on-screen steps.
JazzCash, Easypaisa, and Raast deposits are typically credited to your AK Report balance within a few minutes. Bank transfers may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing time. If your deposit has not appeared after 30 minutes, take a screenshot of the payment confirmation and contact support with your transaction reference number.

Most withdrawals to JazzCash or Easypaisa are processed within a few hours. Bank transfer withdrawals typically take one to two business days. Processing times can vary during peak periods such as PSL match days or public holidays. Your account transaction history will show the current status of your withdrawal request at all times.
Common reasons include unmet bonus wagering requirements, a mismatch between the withdrawal account details and your registered information, or a pending identity verification check. Check your account notifications first — if there is a specific action required from your side it will be shown there. If the issue is unclear, contact support with your withdrawal reference number.
Sports Betting & Cricket
Cricket is the primary focus — PSL, T20 internationals, Test matches, and other major tournaments are covered with extensive markets. You can also bet on football, esports, and other popular sports. During active PSL seasons the number of available markets expands significantly, including player performance, over/under totals, and live in-play options. In-play betting lets you place wagers while a match is already in progress. Odds update in real time based on what is happening on the field. For cricket, this includes options like next wicket, runs in the next over, and current session results. In-play markets close briefly around key moments such as the toss or over changes, then reopen quickly. A stable internet connection helps you get your bets in before odds shift.
Winnings from settled bets are credited to your AK Report PKR balance automatically once the event result is confirmed. Most cricket matches are settled within a few minutes of the final result. In rare cases involving match delays, weather interruptions, or official result reviews, settlement may take longer. You can track the status of all your open and settled bets in your account bet history.

Yes. Your AK Report account is the same whether you access via browser or the App. Log in with your usual mobile number and password and your full PKR balance, bet history, bonuses, and game progress are all synced and available immediately. You do not need a separate account for the App.
Yes. After installing the App, go to the notification settings and enable alerts for sports betting. You can choose to receive notifications for upcoming match odds, PSL fixtures, in-play betting windows, and promotional offers. This is particularly useful during PSL season when odds for high-demand matches can shift quickly.
Bonuses & Promotions
Welcome bonuses are typically activated automatically when you make your first qualifying deposit after registering. The bonus amount and any minimum deposit requirement are shown on the promotions page. Make sure you read the wagering requirements — the bonus amount must be played through a certain number of times before you can withdraw bonus-derived winnings.
A wagering requirement means you need to bet the bonus amount a certain number of times before the winnings become withdrawable. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you need to place PKR 10,000 in total bets using that bonus before any winnings from it can be withdrawn. The progress towards meeting the requirement is tracked in your account's bonus section.
During active PSL seasons, AK Report runs cricket-specific promotions including enhanced odds on selected matches, cashback offers on losing bets, and reload bonuses tied to major PSL fixtures. Check the promotions section of your account regularly during the PSL season and enable App notifications to stay informed about limited-time offers.
Responsible Gaming
Log in to your account and go to the Responsible Gaming section in your account settings. From there you can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in PKR. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increasing an existing limit has a 24-hour cooling-off period to protect you from impulsive decisions. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately. Yes. AK Report offers a self-exclusion or cooling-off period option from the Responsible Gaming settings. You can pause your account for a set period — from 24 hours to several weeks — during which you will not be able to log in or place bets. Your balance is preserved and will be available when the break period ends. If you need a longer or permanent exclusion, contact support to arrange it.
Registration requires a date of birth confirming the player is 18 or older. AK Report may request identity verification documents at any point to confirm age. If an account is found to belong to an under-18 player, it is immediately suspended, any balance is forfeited, and the player is permanently blocked from registering again. If you share a device with younger family members, please ensure they do not have access to your login credentials.
